Ooops.......

I promised myself I would keep my blog up to date, but alas, my studies got in the way and it's been nearly 1 month since I last posted.....I must try harder !!!  But the good news is I have passed 3 exams during that month and all with distinctions.....YAY !!!

The card I am sharing with you today is a sweet birthday card in soft green shades.

I had a little help from my youngest son, who had hold of the glue and was all set to stick everything he could find onto this card.....I think I managed to stop him in time !!

Vintage Darling.....

Short and sweet tonight.
I've had a busy few days after spending the weekend watching my eldest son in a trampolining competition.
My 'To Do' list is getting longer and I really do need to crack on and get some of the jobs ticked off, but before I go, I thought I'd share a card I've made with you first.
I'm loving the colours in this card, they're very neutral and have a vintage feel to them.

Woodland Fairy.....

I have a beautiful Fairy from Sugar Nellies Home Grown Manga range to share with you today.  I love this image and decided to use my Distress Inks for a change.
Cutting into these papers gave me palpitations, I have been stroking and nurturing this gorgeous First Editions 'Up, Up and Away' pad for a few months, but I finally found the courage to use it !!  Thankfully there are 3 sheets of each design in this pad....1 for cutting, 1 for stroking and 1 for emergencies !!

Lazy Sunday.....

After a very busy Saturday, I was happy to have a lazy Sunday....well, apart from a kiddies birthday party that we went to.....Happy Birthday Summer - hope you like your card xx
Today's card fits the Stamptacular Sunday Challenge where the theme is 'Texture'.
My textures are the mesh/netting, my papers have glitter clouds on them and I've also used some beautiful fabric flowers and some glittery ribbon.
For the Corrosive Challenge the theme is 'Ring in the New Year' where they want to see 'Something New' and the flowers and mesh/netting are the new items that I have used on my card.
